Privacy Policy

Tiny Bean is a minimalist baby tracker for couples, operated by Adam Roller ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we keep the data we hold small.

What we collect

Your account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and an account identifier. We use these to create your account and identify you across your devices. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only Apple's private relay address.
Your tracking data. The baby's name, your sleep and feed log entries, your family invite code, and your unit/tracking preferences. This is the data the app exists to store and sync between you and your partner.
Waitlist. If you join the waitlist on our website, we store the email address you submit (plus a timestamp). We use it only to let you know when Tiny Bean is available.
Subscription status. If you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple — we never see or store your payment card details. We store only a flag on your family record indicating whether the subscription is active, so both partners stay unlocked.

What we don't do

No advertising.
No analytics or third-party tracking SDKs.
No selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone for marketing.

Who we share data with

Your tracking data is shared only with members of your family — anyone who joins using your family's invite code. Beyond that, we rely on two infrastructure providers:

Google Firebase (authentication and database) — Firebase privacy.
Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, and subscription processing) — Apple privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time (see below), and we'll remove it.

Children

Tiny Bean records information about babies, but it is intended for use by parents and caregivers. It is not directed at, and not intended for use by, children.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
