These terms govern your use of Tiny Bean (the "app"), operated by Adam Roller ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Tiny Bean lets you and your partner log and sync your baby's sleeps and feeds. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own family's use.
Tiny Bean is a tracking and convenience tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical, health, or childcare advice, and nothing in it should be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child's health, sleep, or feeding. You are responsible for your child's care.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no using it unlawfully, and no accessing other families' data.
The data you enter is yours. You're responsible for it and for keeping your family's invite code private (anyone with the code can join your family and see its data).
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Bean is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here.
